About the Role

Main Street Veterinary Hospital in Millis, MA, is seeking a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team. We're looking for someone who fosters a collaborative, engaging work environment and shares our dedication to exceptional client service and veterinary care for our loyal clients and their pets. Previous experience as a veterinary technician or in management is preferred.

 

The Hospital Manager will oversee daily operations, including mentoring the technician and receptionist teams, managing the financial and business aspects of the practice (such as budgeting and tracking key performance indicators), and guiding support staff to deliver outstanding client care and communication. This role also involves time spent working alongside the team on the floor.
