Dr. Alexandra Klug, originally from Lawrenceville, NJ, has spent the last 20 years growing her roots in Boston and surrounding towns. She graduated from Northeastern University in 2005 with a degree in Biology. She spent a few years in medical research at BBRI and Wyeth Biopharma before attending veterinary school at Ross University where she received a DVM degree in 2013.
After working for over a decade as an associate veterinarian, Dr. Klug's primary focus is now education and clinic growth, the goal being a comfortable positive academic environment conducive to learning and sharing information amongst staff and clients.
Dr. Klug is a veterinary general practitioner with a professional focus in small animal preventative care and surgery. Additionally, her special interests include physical therapy & rehabilitation. She is also accredited by the USDA which enables MSVH to issue international health certificates for travel domestically and abroad.
Aside from being an animal doctor, Dr Klug enjoys outdoor activities with her 2 daughters, husband, and 2 cats. When not outdoors, she can be found snuggled under a warm blanket with a cup of coffee and reading a fiction novel.
